We seldom make the same IPA twice, changing up our processes, malt bill, hops and yeast. We generally make juicy, hazy IPA's. Some favorites include Citra Isolate, Gobsmacked, Illustris and Unconventional Wisdom.
Swirls are our soft-serve style IPAs, made with scoops of lactose and lupulin powder. Recent variants have included Vanilla, Peach, Piña Colada, and Vanilla Latte.
We make a wide number of sticky sweet, high ABV stouts, including Oreo Dunkable, Triple Dip Neapolitan, Vanilla Java Czar, Ooey Gooey Fudge Marshmallow, and an upcoming Vanilla & Rye imperial stout.
Sour beers are some of our favorites to make, including traditional sours, kettle sours, Berliners and Goses. Rhapsody in Red, our Lactgose with Dragon Fruit, Raspberries and Blackberries imbued with lactose, was a favorite at the Kennett Brewfest.
We like to mix fruit-forward IPAs with actual fruit, pushing the bounds of what beer can be.
We are planning a wide range of stouts and sours to lay down in fresh bourbon and wine barrels.
